Returns Policy
We want you to keep what you ordered because it's right, not because returning is hard. Here's exactly how returns work.

14-day return window
You can request a return within 14 days of delivery for items that are unworn, unwashed and in their original condition. Email us with your order number to start a return — we'll confirm the return address and next steps within one working day.
Made-to-order items
Our pieces are printed to order in standard sizes, so statutory return rights apply in most countries including the UK and EU. Items that are personalised to your specification (for example, custom name printing offered on future drops) are exempt from change-of-mind returns where local law allows. Any such exemption is always stated clearly on the product page before you buy.
Faulty or incorrect items
If anything arrives damaged, misprinted or incorrect, send us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund you in full — including shipping. No need to return the faulty item unless we ask.
Refund timing
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 working days of the return being received and checked. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.
Exchanges
For a different size, the fastest route is a return plus a new order — limited pieces can sell out while an exchange is in transit. If stock allows, we'll happily hold a size for you while your return travels back.
